Entering time

MA3 found TfL date and time entry preferred

MA3 found TfL most liked time and date entry. WM the worst.

MA3 found TSE "Leave after" and "arrive before" drop down boxed were simple
compared to check boxes on other sites that had confused some users.

MA2 found WM time entry with colon caused difficulties. Some entering
multiple
times before understanding what was wrong.

MA3 found WM time auto adds collon in time but does not remove error
characters.
Users did not spot the problem because they did not expect the website to
add
characters.

MA2 found in TSE (1/6) could not find any way to enter an arrival time.

MA2 found in NI – terminology. (1/6) not understanding what an
"interchange
time" is. Others ignored the option and did not change it.
