First impressions

MA2 found splash screen not what users expected. One comment "Do I have to read all this?". "Several users spent a minute scrolling up and down the page without noticing the search and timetable buttons top left.. One participant eventually said that all he could think to do was to call the 0871 number. His use of the site stopped at this point."

MA3 found NI adverts not relevant and distracting.
