Journey details

MA2 commend TfL for having good Time, Details and Information column
headings.

MA3 found TSE level of journey details preferred

MA2 recommned maintaining a clear destinction between stages of a journey
and
journey options.

MA2 found only 7/24 users understood the journeys without problems. TSE
came off
worst with 4/6 users having problems underwstanding the journey details.

MA2 found users expecting to see/requesting more info about changes in TSE.
Information was there but users not finding it.

MA3 found in WM users did not notice the total journey inforamation.
