MA2 found WM font sizes too small.

MA2 found in NI that (1/6) user could not find the action button. "Submit" was the same size and colour as other buttons.

MA2 suggest offer Google Translate service

MA2 recommend adding a TfL "stage" bar to show progress through an enquiry, especially in WM and TSE where back button crashes the system.

MA2 recommend make the "Search" button more prominent so users know what to do next (see TfL). Keep it clear all button separate from Search uncase it is clicked accidentally.

MA2 found 5/8 older users had difficulty finding how to submit their enquiry.

MA2 found 14/24 said sites did not present information clearly enough. TSE and NI coming off worst. First screen in TSE over complicated and NI overcrowded.
