MA2 recommend a simpler homepage to overcome difficulty reaching regional sites

MA2 found 10 out of 24 did not find the regional site easily. a common cause was trying to guess the url suggesting traffic being lost by Traveline not having urls like traveline.co.uk or traveline.com -


MA2 found map worked better for London and NI which are clearer geographic areas than WM or SE. Eg users not knowing which region Dudley was in.

MA2 found users unsure about the list and the map. Took time to decide which one to use. Also unsure about what london and SE in the same colour was to denote.

MA2 found in TfL 2/6 clicked on TSE instead of TfL.
